Bitcoin miner TeraWulf seeks $3.5B debt for Anthropic-linked Kentucky data center

Bitcoin miner TeraWulf is reportedly seeking $3.5 billion in debt financing led by Morgan Stanley. The funds would support its Kentucky data center campus leased by AI company Anthropic. The deal would be one of the largest debt raises linking crypto mining infrastructure with artificial intelligence investment.
