PiS blocked from laying wreath at Kaczyński monument during Smolensk anniversary

During Friday's Smolensk anniversary commemorations, PiS MPs were prevented from laying a wreath at the Lech Kaczyński monument at Piłsudski Square in Warsaw. Police refused access, citing a spontaneous assembly organised by other persons at the same spot. PiS leader Jarosław Kaczyński publicly criticised the police action.
