Baltic Power offshore wind farm starts generating electricity with 54 of 76 turbines installed
The Baltic Power offshore wind farm has reached the "first power" milestone, with the first turbines already feeding electricity into the grid. So far 54 of the planned 76 turbines have been installed in the Baltic Sea, with full completion expected in autumn. The project is being developed by Orlen together with Canada's Northland Power.
