Polish antitrust office surprised as Finance Minister Domański questions Gazprom fine enforcement

Poland's Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) has expressed surprise at Finance Minister Andrzej Domański's stance on suspending enforcement of the fine imposed on Gazprom. Domański insists he is not blocking the collection of funds but has procedural doubts about the enforcement process. UOKiK disagrees with his interpretation and considers its own actions to be legally sound.
