Sharp cold snap hits Poland – storms in the east, single-digit temperatures overnight

On Friday, western Poland will be nearly 10°C warmer and calmer than the east, where low-pressure system Bernadette will bring thunderstorms and heavy rain to Podlaskie, Warmia, Mazury, Mazowsze and Lublin regions. IMGW weather warnings will be in force for most of the day. Overnight, temperatures in southern Poland will drop to single digits.
