Cathie Wood's Ark Invest purchased $14 million worth of Circle Internet Group shares while offloading its Robinhood holdings. Circle's stock fell 1.65% on Thursday, extending its one-month decline to 20.2%. Circle is the company behind the USDC stablecoin.
