Polish Finance Ministry Proposes Narrowing ESG Reporting Requirements

Poland's Ministry of Finance has drafted a bill that would reduce the number of companies required to prepare ESG sustainability reports. The proposal also changes reporting rules for corporate groups. The aim is to ease the administrative burden on smaller businesses currently subject to these obligations.
