Kaczyński at Smolensk Anniversary: Government Is a "Deep Disease of the State"

Tensions flared at the monthly Smolensk commemoration in Warsaw, where PiS leader Jarosław Kaczyński attempted to lay a wreath at the monument to Lech Kaczyński. Activists from the KOD movement opposed the ceremony. Kaczyński delivered a sharp speech attacking the government, describing the current state of Poland as a "deep disease of the state."
