Ukrainian drones threaten Russia's largest oil refinery in Omsk

Ukrainian drones have brought Russia's largest oil refinery in Omsk and the West Siberian oil basin within striking range. James Henderson, a researcher at the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies, warns that a strike on Omsk "could be the last straw" for Russia's energy system, adding that the further Ukraine strikes, the more serious the threat to Russian energy infrastructure.
