France defeated Morocco 2-0 on 9 July to advance to the World Cup semi-finals for the third consecutive time. Didier Deschamps' side struggled against Morocco's defence in the first half before Kylian Mbappé and Ousmane Dembélé found the net after the break. Les Bleus will face either Spain or Belgium for a place in the final.
