Ecuador arrests 18 gang members including a Polish national in drug trafficking bust

Ecuador's attorney general announced the arrest of 18 suspected members of a gang linked to the "Polish and Albanian mafia". Among those detained are a Polish national and an Albanian national. The group is alleged to have been involved in drug trafficking to Europe.
