From July 2026 EU right-to-repair law forces manufacturers to supply spare parts

From 31 July 2026, the EU right-to-repair directive will take effect in Poland. Manufacturers of home appliances and electronics will be required to provide spare parts at reasonable prices. Poland's consumer protection office UOKiK has drafted the framework, but the implementing legislation has not yet been published.
