Trump's Washington triumphal arch taller than Paris gets preliminary approval

Donald Trump is planning to erect a monumental triumphal arch in Washington D.C. that would be taller than Paris's Arc de Triomphe. The National Capital Planning Commission has given preliminary approval to the project, though it remains controversial.
