SK Hynix, one of the world's largest chipmakers, makes its Nasdaq debut on Friday. The listing will test whether the company can shed the so-called "Korea discount" — the lower valuations typically assigned to South Korean-listed companies compared to Western markets. It is one of the biggest stock market debuts in the semiconductor industry.
