Investigation into prosecutor's conduct in Kraków student murder case
An investigation has been opened into alleged abuse of authority by prosecutor Piotr Krupiński in the case of the murder of Kraków student Katarzyna Zowada. The complaint was filed by the lawyer of Robert Janczewski, the man accused of the crime who was ultimately acquitted by a final court ruling. The attorney alleges the prosecutor stigmatised his client and cemented his public image as a murderer despite the acquittal.
