SK Hynix Raises $26.5B in Largest-Ever Foreign ADR Listing in the US

South Korean chipmaker SK Hynix raised $26.5 billion in an American depositary share offering, making it the largest-ever US first-time share sale by a foreign company. Futurum Research analyst Brendan Burke commented on the factors driving the landmark transaction.
