Ofcom fines porn site company £630,000 for failing age verification checks

UK media regulator Ofcom has fined a pornographic website company £630,000 for failing to implement adequate age verification measures. The affected sites were found to be allowing children to access adult content without sufficient checks in place. Ofcom has been ramping up enforcement of online child protection rules.
