Ben Affleck and Matt Damon's Artists Equity launches scripted TV division

Artists Equity, the indie studio founded by Ben Affleck, Matt Damon and Gerry Cardinale, is launching a scripted television division four years after its founding. Former UCP executive Griffin Zucosky has been appointed SVP of Television, reporting to Artists Equity's President of Film Amy Baer. The move marks a significant expansion beyond the studio's film-focused origins.
