SK Hynix prices US ADR share offering at $149 each

South Korean chipmaker SK Hynix has priced its American depositary receipts (ADRs) at $149 each for its US market listing, according to a person familiar with the matter who requested anonymity. The pricing marks SK Hynix's entry into the US equity market. The company has not yet made an official public announcement.
