Zelensky: Technical details must be finalised before Ukraine can make Patriot missiles

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said technical details with the US must still be finalised before Ukraine can begin manufacturing its own Patriot air-defence missiles. Ukraine's interceptor stockpiles have been severely depleted by Russia's sustained ballistic missile attacks. Domestic Patriot production could significantly bolster Ukraine's air-defence capabilities.
