22-year-old Oskar Wójcik has officially left Cracovia and joined Bundesliga club Werder Bremen. The transfer was confirmed on Thursday, with Cracovia reportedly set to receive up to €6 million from the deal. The one-cap Poland international has signed a five-year contract with his new club.
