Poland's U20 handball team defeated the Czech Republic at the European Championship, keeping their promotion hopes alive after a poor start to the tournament against Slovenia. At 10:10 in the 24th minute, coach Mariusz Jurasik called a timeout, after which his side raised their game significantly. Saturday's match against Hungary will decide whether Poland advances.
