Belgian Pfizer ruling freezes Polish air navigation agency's funds

Poland's Air Navigation Services Agency (PAŻP) has had its route charge revenues frozen following a Belgian court ruling in a dispute between Pfizer and the Polish state. Despite not being a party to the proceedings, PAŻP's funds were caught up in the enforcement action. The agency says it will take legal steps to unfreeze the money and ensure uninterrupted air navigation services.
