Poland offers Ukraine MiGs in exchange for drones — talks resumed

Defence Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz confirmed that Poland has made a clear offer to Ukraine: MiG-29 fighter jets in exchange for drones. Ukraine initially agreed, then paused negotiations, but has now returned to talks. The minister expressed hope for a positive conclusion and also commented on US plans to licence Patriot missile production to Ukraine.
