According to Business Insider, PiS is filling hospital management posts with party loyalists in the Lublin, Subcarpathian and Małopolska regions. Staff at Małopolska medical facilities have written a letter to a local Civic Coalition councillor warning of nepotism in the regional healthcare system. Similar practices are reported in other PiS-governed regions.
