Banijay and All3Media complete $8bn merger, headquartered in London

Banijay Entertainment and Redbird IMI-owned All3Media have completed their $8 billion merger, forming what the companies describe as the world's largest independent production company. The combined entity will operate under the Banijay Entertainment name and be headquartered in London, the home of All3Media, despite Banijay's Parisian origins.
