Pfizer freezes Polish aviation agency funds over €5.6bn COVID vaccine dispute
EUROCONTROL, the European air navigation safety organisation, has frozen funds owed to Poland's Civil Aviation Authority (PAŻP) following a non-final ruling by a Belgian court in a dispute between Poland and Pfizer over COVID-19 vaccine purchases. The case involves a sum of 5.6 billion zloty. The freeze is a result of legal action taken by the pharmaceutical giant against the Polish state.
