Fiat considers Topolino Abarth for drivers under 17

Fiat is considering a sporty Abarth version of its Topolino electric microcar aimed at buyers under the age of 17. In some European countries, teens can legally drive light quadricycles, making such a vehicle viable. The Italian automaker described the idea as potentially "cool" but stopped short of confirming production plans.
