Złoty falls after NBP chief signals rate cuts — euro at 4.33, dollar at 3.78
The Polish złoty weakened sharply on Thursday after NBP governor Adam Glapiński delivered a dovish message at his press conference. The euro rose to as high as 4.33 PLN and the dollar to 3.78 PLN. Currency market commentators are now pricing in a possible interest rate cut before the end of the year.
