80% of Poles Support Mandatory Knowledge Test for E-Scooter Riders

The number of accidents involving electric scooters in Poland rose by 54% in 2025, prompting the launch of a new edition of the "Trzymaj Pion" road safety campaign. Surveys show that 80% of Poles support a mandatory knowledge test for e-scooter users. As part of the campaign, an online test called "Prawo bezpiecznego hulania" (Right to Safe Riding) has been launched.
