Anthropic's Claude Gets Beta Reflection Panel Showing How You Use AI

Anthropic has launched a beta version of a "reflection panel" for its Claude AI assistant, which shows users what they use the chatbot for, how often, and at what times of day. The feature is designed to encourage more mindful use of AI tools. It is currently available in beta only.
