Former NIK head Marian Banas indicted for disclosing tax secrecy information
The Regional Prosecutor's Office in Białystok has filed an indictment against former Supreme Audit Office (NIK) president Marian Banas, charging him with disclosing information covered by tax secrecy. Two other public officials have also been charged in the case. Banas denies all wrongdoing.
