Count Binface is Farage's only challenger in Clacton by-election

Count Binface, a joke candidate wearing a bin-shaped helmet, is currently the only challenger to Nigel Farage in the English constituency of Clacton. The satirical candidate has previously stood in several UK elections for comic effect. No other serious candidates have yet declared for the contest.
