Sony RX10 V returns after 9-year gap with stacked sensor at $2,500

Sony has announced the RX10 V, its first new superzoom camera in nearly nine years. The camera keeps the same 24–600mm f/2.4–4 Zeiss Vario-Sonnar lens from its predecessors, but gains a new 20.1-megapixel 1-inch stacked sensor with significant performance upgrades. It carries a price tag of around $2,500.
