Anthropic has launched Claude Reflect, a dashboard blending elements of Spotify Wrapped and smartphone screen time tools, giving Claude users a monthly breakdown of their AI usage patterns. The feature is designed to raise awareness about how frequently and in what ways people rely on the chatbot. It also aims to nudge users toward logging off and taking breaks from AI.
