Expert: Zelensky's diplomatic signals on UPA won't lead to real shift

Political expert Dr Janusz Sibora says Kyiv was alarmed by the European Parliament resolution touching on the UPA issue and is sending soothing diplomatic signals. However, he believes Ukraine is unlikely to genuinely shift its position on the historical assessment of the UPA. Zelensky is using what Sibora calls a classic Ukrainian diplomatic trick — pledging dialogue without real concessions.
