19-Year-Old Ukrainian Beaten in Wrocław After Speaking Ukrainian on Phone

Wrocław police have opened an investigation into the beating of a 19-year-old Ukrainian national on Wyspa Słodowa island. According to the victim, the attacker struck him after overhearing a phone conversation in Ukrainian, then aggressively demanded his e-cigarette. The perpetrator has not yet been apprehended.
