Radom Teen Loses Driving Licence Hours After Passing Test – Caught Doing 100 km/h in Built-Up Area

Police in Radom stopped a 17-year-old who was driving at over 100 km/h in a built-up area. It turned out the teenager had passed his driving test earlier the same day. Officers confiscated his licence on the spot.
