Georgian suspect in killing of Russian artist in Biała Podlaska remanded in custody

The Regional Court in Lublin upheld on Thursday the pre-trial detention of 36-year-old Georgian citizen Elnur A., suspected of shooting dead a Russian artist in Biała Podlaska. The court rejected an appeal filed by his defence lawyer. The victim had been known for criticising Russian authorities online.
