Nawrocki to honour Volhynia massacre victims in Radruż on 11 July
President Karol Nawrocki will attend a ceremony on Saturday, 11 July, in Radruż (Podkarpackie voivodeship) to honour victims of the massacre carried out by Ukrainian nationalists on the eastern territories of pre-war Poland, presidential spokesman Rafał Leśkiewicz announced. The visit comes amid an ongoing Polish-Ukrainian historical dispute over the Volhynia massacre. 11 July marks the anniversary of the peak of the 1943 Volhynia killings.
