Polish government plans court digitalisation under "Deregulation 2.0"

Polish Justice Minister Waldemar Żurek announced "Deregulation 2.0" on Thursday, a plan to eliminate paper bureaucracy in courts and rapidly expand digital services. The initiative aims to make citizens' access to justice more effective in practice. The government wants the right to a fair trial to be better guaranteed than it currently is.
