UN: Sudan's RSF Committed Genocide in Darfur

A UN Fact-Finding Mission has concluded that Sudan's Rapid Support Forces (RSF) paramilitary committed genocide in Darfur through a systematic campaign of mass killings and gang rapes. The findings represent the most serious formal international accusation against the RSF since the Sudanese conflict erupted in April 2023. The mission documented ethnically targeted atrocities carried out on a widespread and organised scale.
