BBC and Channel 4 in talks to merge streaming services – third attempt in 17 years

The BBC and Channel 4 are once again in talks to merge their streaming services, having attempted similar tie-ups in 2007 and 2017 – both without success. The earlier 2007 vision also involved ITV in a UK-wide platform. Whether this third attempt will succeed remains to be seen.
