Justice Ministry plans notary fee hike — but exemptions are available for firms and individuals

Poland's Ministry of Justice wants to raise notary fee rates. Notaries are reminding the public of a little-used provision that allows courts to grant exemptions from those fees — available to both individuals and companies. The rule has long existed but is rarely applied.
