Chilean duo León & Cociña's "Donkey Princess" heads to Locarno main competition
Chilean filmmaking duo Cristóbal León and Joaquín Cociña, known for "The Wolf House", will world premiere their new film "Donkey Princess" in the main International Competition at the Locarno Film Festival. International sales rights have been acquired by Tenerife-based Bendita Film Sales, which also handled their previous feature. The deal signals continued international interest in the duo's distinctive animation work.
