Czech president warns Ukraine has two months to resume peace talks

Czech President Petr Pavel has warned that Ukraine has roughly two months to restart peace negotiations with Russia before the window closes. He argues that after Russia's upcoming parliamentary elections, a new mobilisation could be announced, further reducing the chances of talks. Pavel also stressed NATO's role in pressuring the Kremlin and proposed a new defence initiative for Alliance members.
