Locarno 2026: 103 world premieres featuring Huppert, Bellucci and Hong Sang-soo

The Locarno Film Festival has announced the full lineup for its 79th edition, comprising 103 world premieres. The main competition includes Hong Sang-soo's "Nowhere to Lay My Eyes" and films starring Caleb Landry Jones, Isabelle Huppert and Monica Bellucci. Artistic Director Giona A. Nazzaro described the selection as "adventurous, full of surprises."
