Warsaw hospital director: cap doctors' pay and transfer hospitals to central government
Dr Dorota Gałczyńska-Zych, director of Warsaw's Szpital Bielański, told Radio ZET that doctors' salaries should be capped and that hospitals should be taken away from local government and placed under the supervision of provincial governors or the central government.
