PKO BP charges 50 PLN per transfer to ZUS even when the debt is just a few złoty

A Polish online shop owner has complained that PKO BP charges 50 PLN for every transfer made under a ZUS debt enforcement order, even when the individual transfer amount is just a few złoty, while ZUS itself receives only 9 PLN. Bank enforcement fees can thus far exceed the actual debt being collected, raising questions about the proportionality of such charges.
