Polish-Argentine duo Piotr Pawlak and Franco Ribero, seeded fourth at the ATP Challenger in Liège, were eliminated in the first round. They lost to Nicolas Ifi and Cedric Stanke. The defeat is a disappointing early exit given their seeding in the draw.
